It is best to split your 1,000ml containers into two portions, consuming them every two hours and drinking with plenty of water between servings.
Also during your nutritional cleanse drink plenty of coconut water (1 liter). Coconut water is great for fighting cravings.
You can also drink green tea (no sugar).
Get plenty of rest.

Fresh juice naturally separates, so shake them well before drinking.
How will I feel during cleansing?
How you feel depends a lot on your level of health before you start your nutritional cleanse.
The first day or two of cleansing is usually the most difficult. You may feel cold and slightly more tired than usual. You may experience headaches. You may also feel sore, tight, and weak in muscles because your body will be drawing out toxins and glucose.
